What is active processing?

Active processing is a service provided to all Sparks users by our personalised concierge team. As sparks accumulate, they are automatically connected or formed into clusters, based on content, context, and themes. This helps your personal knowledge network grow and deliver fresh insights and ideas!

Why is it useful?

You can see active processing as a partner in your intelligence growth. Active processing performed by our service is clearly marked; Just look for the little panel at the bottom of a spark or cluster πŸ‘‡

You can then explore and visualise these connections and themes, unlocking a new way to engage with your personal knowledge. Exploring these links fosters a deeper understanding and enhanced retention.

Reviewing the active processing

We will notify you when we have found new connections between sparks, added sparks to a cluster or even created a new cluster. You can then explore these new insights yourself. If you even disagree with the active processing then just hit the 'Remove' button and it will disappear.

Who’s involved?

Processing is currently performed manually by our MI team. 😍 We will be moving to more artificial intelligence in the future.
