Retaining everything that you read, watch and listen to can be very difficult as we consume so much content on a daily basis.

To deepen your learning and recall key points you come across throughout the day it's important to review what you noted down. At Sparks, we really promote coming back to an idea or insight at a later time or another day so you can help your initial thought grow.

You can do this by:

  1. Editing or developing your spark OR

  2. Connecting it to other ideas through connections or clusters.

Here are some more tips to improve your review process:

1️⃣ Pick the same time every day to review your insights and notes

2️⃣ Have short review sessions daily instead of less frequent longer sessions

3️⃣ When reviewing your ideas, look at them from different perspectives

Reviewing your thoughts and notes on a daily basis will help you feel less anxious and like you're more 'on top' of all the things in your life. Just a few minutes a day.

That's doable!
